We're excited to announce that Mayor Vincent C. Gray has agreed to honor Shaw Main Streets and our businesses with a final multiple ribbon cutting event on Monday, December 29, 2014! At Large Councilmembers Vincent Orange and Elissa Silverman will also be joining us.

Come join us as we cut 17 ribbons for new businesses, storefront improvements and murals along 7th and 9th Streets, NW! We'll also announce new grants to a number of Shaw businesses. Meet business owners, enjoy samples of their food and beverages, and help celebrate another great year of activity in Shaw!

The event is free, and no reservations are required.
