Let DC Councilmember At-Large Vincent Orange buy you a cup of coffee or tea at two of Shaw’s newest shops and an older favorite! Councilmember Orange chairs the Council’s Committee on Business, Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, which has oversight over the DC government agencies that support small business development.
