Art All Night DC Returns to Shaw September 27, 2014

For the third time, Art All Night DC: Nuit Blanche, a free overnight  arts festival  featuring live performances and art installations, will fill the streets of Shaw with life on Saturday, September 27, 2014, from 7:00 PM until 3:00 AM on Sunday morning.
This year, the festival will also take place in four additional neighborhoods, but Shaw will  have the largest number of venues, artists, and performances. One entire floor of the former Wonder Bread Factory on S Street will be filled with art and music once again, while Events DC’s Carnegie Library on Mount Vernon Square will be included for the first time, presenting live music and a Silent Disco. Nearly two dozen other indoor and outdoor venues in the neighborhood will also host art exhibitions and performances.
Come enjoy painting, photography, music, dance, sculpture, poetry, fashion, music, video projections, and much more. And don’t sleep until it’s over.
